Refund and Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange your product for a different size or color:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in exchanging your product for the desired size or color (subject to availability).

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • If an exchange is processed, we’ll ship the new item back to you at no additional cost.

2. Store Credit

If the product you want isn’t available, we’ll issue you a store credit equal to the value of your purchase.

  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase and never expires.
  • This allows you to shop at your convenience and choose from our latest collections.

4. Steps to Initiate an Exchange or Store Credit

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if necessary.
  3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 5 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the product at no additional cost to you.
